A lovely apartment for a business stay, very handily connected to the Festival Place shopping centre. Lewis was very friendly and helpful with check-in and with one or two queries I had during my stay. Having stayed in lots of luxury accomodation for work reasons, I’m not sure I would necessarily class it as „luxury“ myself (it was cleaned weekly to a nice standard but could do with a minor facelift here and there to really give it that luxury feeling) but I was comfortable during my stay and the location itself was ideal for my needs (train station, shopping mall, no noisy neighbours). All in all, would recommend if you need accomodation in the area and, as mentioned, Lewis was a great host and very responsive!

Great base for while our house was being renovated. Small kitchen area was well equipped, but the cupboards are very high up, so hard to reach if you're small! Lewis was brilliant, answering questions and even replacing the kettle when it leaked. We also appreciated the weekly cleaning visit by Helen! Our only real issues were the parking - small space for an estate car and a pillar that required a lot of manoeuvring around - and the mattress - it's sprung, with a lot of give, and we're used to memory foam, which is firm. Overall it was ideal for our needs, and we would use it again.

We had one issue where the heating stopped, Lewis was on hand within 1/2 an hour to fix the problem. He knows how to look after customers.

Beautiful flat and a great location. Myself and girlfriend had a lovely experience here. Lewis was a very good host and I will stay here again

Well located flat in front of a mall, near the bus and train station. Underground parking included. Amazing host whose response time was quick.

Great stay. I stupidly locked myself out and Lewis came and met me within an hour to let me back in when I was panicking
