House was great for our needs, great location and clean and tidy. No curtains in front downstairs bedroom or shower curtain in downstairs bathroom.

Great location for train into Cardiff. Kitchen could be cleaner. No TV in the lounge and couldn't get the wifi to work. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms, towels and linen.

Had a couple nights stay. Initially given wrong code for lockbox but quick response via messaging. Towels provided, beds made on arrival which looked nice. Still a bin full of rubbish in kitchen and no glasses for drinks in the cupboards, only mugs. House stays nice and warm with heating on.
