Great hosts house was clean and really nice

Location is quite hard to find, number of the house is not given at the start and the postcode takes you to the wrong location, we didn’t receive check in code until 630 at night, with a 4pm check in. There isn’t anywhere near enough cutlery, there is also no washing up liquid or hand wash to wash your hands with by the sink. The beds are stated as king and queen beds, they’re just singles that are put together. Rooms are fairly spacious but the only shower is in the en suite, not in the shared bathroom.

Great place to stay it’s a good size and like home from home

The house had good size rooms, house was clean overall, few marks on the carpet on the entrance hall and a Mark on living room floor. Considering it was for up to 10 people, there was only 3 breakfast bowls and 2 only normal drinking glasses, there was a light bulb missing in the utility room and a blown bulb in the entrance hall.

Was good

Not great hosts, no additional little touches, there was no heating and they expected us to fix it after they had watched a YouTube video. Lights not working - they wanted a photo of the lights not working. TV didn’t work and you could not connect to the internet. There was a commercial bin overflowing with rubbish and rubbish bags in the drive. The lawn was overgrown with cigarette butts outside the patio door. 3 fridges but no freezer. We tried Calling them for assistance with all issues but they were rude and unhelpful. They told us to call back the following day but no one would answer our calls. We thankfully had family in the area who could lend us heaters for the night. We had to call AirB&B to assist as we were on holiday with my elderly parents, 1 of which has stage 4 cancer but again the hosts didn’t care! We cannot thank AirB&B enough for their help on finding another place and cancelling our original booking. DO NOT USE unless you want a lot of hassle and disappointment!!!
