booked for 5 adults, only 3 mugs in the kitchen and not enough cutlery for us all to have a knife, fork and spoon. notified Lola of lack of mugs on our arrival (8pm approx). it was acknowledged just after midnight and advised additional mugs would come to us, which was around 7pm (almost 24 hours later) Garden was unusable due to weeds and unkempt grass, and the wheelie bins were overflowing. house was clean and functional, but no mirrors in 3 of the bedrooms. kitchen table only had 4 chairs so we couldn't all sit at a table to eat. not suited to the 8 occupancy advertised.
