The property is reasonable as a place to sleep and shower but little else. It's a 3 bed semi (living room has been converted to a bedroom - sleeps 4) and one of the bedrooms changed to a very basic lounge (seats 4/5 and no TV). The area isn't great. We arrived to find all appliances switched off and the fridge took 36/48 hrs to be cool enough to safely store food. The dishwasher didn't work and the sink plug didn't work either - making washing up very difficult (the dishwasher has since been removed from the listing but was reported faulty earlier in the year and clearly not repaired). A replacement bowl was delivered on the morning of departure. Numerous light bulbs were faulty or removed in some of the main areas too. Reginald was polite enough on messages, but seems keen to prefer offering extra nights at discounts and asking for last minute damage deposits rather than offering a good customer experience which should be the first priority - especially at these rates

The apartment was great. Check-in was easy. The environment was cool and welcoming. Will book again.

Great place, very spacious. Was clean, only issue was lack of toilet roll but could easily buy more ourselves. Great price for the weekend, lovely space to stay in and super happy with the service! Thank you!!

The house was fine, however there was nothing to clean plates and glasses, which in addition to being sparse for 10 people, were dirty inside the dishwasher. There was also no bath gel in the showers, no hair dryer. We were requested a deposit 250GBP external to airbnb, on the change it went to 307 euros. When refunding the deposit, 290 euros have been refunded, being charged a commission of which we should not charge. In addition, the entrance to the house is made a day after the date booked due to problems with the flight, and, although I understand that the reservation was non-refundable, that minimum had the detail to eliminate the deposit, and more with the great defect of arriving and finding the house as if they had been drinking a refreshment there, leaving the dirty and unplaced dishes. Kitchenware is insufficient and there is no basics for cooking

Reginald’s place was lovely and clean, warm and homely. Kitchen was huge and ideal for some of us that love big kitchens appliances all there and clean. The beds were comfy but ideal for resting after a long busy day over Christmas, bedding white as snow clean. Thank you Reginald for quick back responses and support. Loved your place.
