We had a good stay overall. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 10 (4 couples and 2 children), and there was enough parking for our three cars. However, although we arrived around 4:30 pm which is one hour after check-in time, the house was not ready, so we had to leave our belongings and return later. Some basic items like dishwashing liquid and kitchen towels were also missing. We requested these from Jodi, and although she responded first, later she informed about some delivery issues and we didn’t receive anything. We also asked about a late check-out considering the delayed check-in, but this could not be confirmed, so we checked out on time. Overall, a nice and convenient place close to Cardiff and appropriate for family stay.
