Great location, place was clean, easy entry, and looked like the pics. However, it was clear that the hosts themselves hadn't tested what the guest experience would be. Despite sharing suggestions for future guests, the host seemed uninterested in making improvements. People with physical challenges will have trouble with the mattresses, taller people won't fit in the shower, be careful with the counter, it stains easily, the lighting is harsh especially if the toilet is needed at 3am, and for North Americans - the backdoor lock works differently than you might think. There was no hot water in kitchen and bathroom for days & we couldn't figure out how to make it work. It would have been helpful if the host had popped by on day 1 to quickly fix it themselves. I did eventually figure it out on day 4 of a 5 day stay. There is a lot of opportunity for improvement here and I'm certain that with a little effort and consideration for guest experience the place will be fantastic.
