The Apartment, Facilities and Location were great. Just the Hosts communication is very poor, and I personally found them very rude, and confrontational. A little unprofessional in my opinion, especially in comparison to everywhere else I have stayed at least. Shame as the room itself was great. With Free parking locally between 6pm and 8am.

Enjoyed a lovely stay. Such good communication

Room wasn't ready when we arrived at the correct time and was asked to wait by the cleaner, which meant having to sit in the car with a small child. The room itself was OK but my bed had a broken wooden plank underneath which made the bed slanted. Best of all, fire alarm was triggered in the morning with no staff on duty to help. No instructions of what to do apart from a cleaner who couldn't speak English trying to switch the alarm off. I called the fire service and explained this to host. They weren't too bothered about it all- didn't ask if any of us were OK, just asked if we wanted late checkout. Not much use if there actually had been a fire. Wouldn't stay again.

A beautiful, amazing apartment that has everything you need, a great location, and excellent hosts, good service and constant responsiveness. We enjoyed it very much. We will come back again.

Great place to stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made check in easy. Location was perfect and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again! Room was also warm during our stay which was good considering we’re in the middle of winter.
