we booked with renz9 at very short notice due to being let down by othe accommodation. Renzo quickly arranged access for us and we found the property easily and to a very good standard with everything we needed. we'd certainly stay again in future and would highly recommend. thanks!

The place has protential and Renzo's communication was excellent, however the cleaning was not up to scratch. The oven was dirty, the sofa had stains on it, the dishwasher had old food left at bottom, which had a horrible wiff, this prevented us using this...also the kettle was not useable at all, a new one was ordered and sent the next day, however by now it was two mornings we did not have use of the kettle. The bedding had hair on it. I even filtered 4/5 star properties when searching on here, and so I expected it to almost be perfect, especially the cleaning element. It also stated it had TV with netflix but didn't, also has a picture of a coffee machine with coffee written next to it...but when questioned it was indicating they had coffee....as it didnt have the word machine written nxt to it....yep I bought my coffee pods back home with me. I did get the cleaning fee refunded, however I would hv liked it much better if the listing had represented what it had stated instead.
