Great value for money and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do in London, however there needs to be more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning, the couch carpet and bed had hair everywhere. The bedding was rather thin and not up to the standard you would expect. Better linen could be used. The host is responsive when needed. Would be nice if they tell guest that the hot water is switched off so you can turn it on before hand and not get caught off guard by a cold shower in the morning.

Very lovely stay, was so clean and i LOVED the area, so easy to get all around london. Only downside was the check-in instructions were confusing because they have automated messages so i was waiting a while but they accommodated to this and i had a lovely stay! thank you very much
