When we arrived at 3pm for the check in, the cleaning was not made, so we entered in a very dirty place, the cleaning team arrived at 3:30pm but we preferred cancelling this place but fortunately Ibrahim was reactive and we could arrange the situation.

Comfortable place to get around London, equipped with everything you need. The host resolved some of the issues that occurred: the first communication, sent by the agency's software, contained broken links (after 36 hours the host answered my questions). When I arrived, I tried the access code received via email but I had accidentally received a broken code. The host was prompt in providing me with a new code and resolving the issue. When I entered the listing, the wi-fi didn't work, even in this case, the host helped me by letting me know how to restart the modem. I found the washing machine broken (broken handle) with laundry inside: I contacted the host and he confirmed it was broken, he apologized (for the third time) for not informing me. In short: availability but too many problems for a 5 night stay.

Very nice apartment- more spacious than it appears in the pictures. Well equipped kitchen. good oven. comfy bed. Excellent position- very close to shops and transport, yet off the main roads and was very quiet. Easy check in. Highly recommended
