We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you are looking for a comfortable place in Shoreditch! It was perfect for a group of 5, cozy and clean space. Fans in each room helped to keep the space cool during the heat wave! Great, central area with lots of great spots for food, coffee, and drinks within walking distance. The hosts were incredibly helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. Easy check- in process with clear instructions for entry. Thank you so much for everything!

Pros 1) unit was clean, the rooms were neat and the storage racks were useful. 2) when we had concerns, the staff was quick to respond and immediately sent their maintenance guy over, and he was very helpful. 3) beautiful park across the street, safe, bus stops, pubs all in walkable distance. Cons 1) the internet was super slow even after rebooting. Multiple guest cannot be on WiFi or you can’t be on your devices and watch the TV. 2) we don’t mind sharing a property with pets, but if you’re are going to allow pets, please make sure you are actively cleaning the carpets and couch. The couch had urine smell that we had to put a blanket over it, and that blanket later acquired the smell. That’s how concentrated the smell was. This included the carpets in bedrooms. 3) the patio in the pictures looked beautiful, but when we got there, the patio was dirty, including the main entrance. 4) in the extreme heat wave, the cold water in the one shower did not work. Fixtures should be checked

The location is good, and communication with the host was smooth, so problems were resolved well.

Our stay at the Modern 2-bed; 10 min to Old Street Appartment was comfortable and quiet after a long day out. Our first impression was met with an unexpected basement entrance with stairs to the lower apartment that was littered with trash and trash bags. The cleanliness of the place was fair with dirty floors, dishes and headboards from the last guests. The WiFi struggled to handle the load of 4 guests which also made streaming TV difficult. The Kitchen was well prepared to cook in and the small frig and freezer was sufficient. The apartment is equipped with 3 floor fans that we were thankful for during record breaking heat in May. Light bulbs needed replaced and the towel drying rack in the bathroom did not work. Clutter and boxes were stacked and stored behind doors and the couch. Overall our stay was comfortable, we wished some attention to details were made prior to our arrival. Undecided if we would recommend or stay again.

The location of the flat is terrific- a great base from which to explore London!
