Lovely stay, very spacious and perfect location for the train station. Had everything we needed. Will definitely come back for another stay.

A great house for family stays. Very near Lee station so easy to get into central London.

We had a wonderful stay and would be very happy to visit again. Sean was an excellent host, very responsive, helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, with clear instructions sent well in advance, which made the place very easy to find. The property itself was spotless, beautifully furnished and very well presented. The interior design, furniture, cutlery and general setup were all of a very high standard. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Sean was also kind enough to offer flexibility around check-in, which we really appreciated, even though we did not end up needing it. Overall, it was a brilliant experience and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and well-managed stay.

What can I say about Sean’s Place. It’s amazing! What a find. We stayed there for London Marathon weekend. Its proximity to the start in Blackheath was perfect. We stayed with 6 adults and 2 kids and whilst it was cosy with 8 people it is a great space. There are a couple of lovely pubs and restaurants within a stones throw. Special mention to Casa Linda - a top rate Italian! And a top class pub in The Lord Northbrook. Fantastic transport links are right on your doorstep. Lee station is literally next door and takes about 15 mins on the overground train straight into London Bridge. There’s also a bus stop outside which takes you direct to Blackheath and Greenwich. Sean was responsive at all times. Provided really clear instructions in the build up and couldn’t have done more to help with any enquiries we had. Highly recommend this for a stay in London. Great value for a group travelling together in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood. Felt safe everywhere we went too! Thanks!
