The place was clean and started out fantastic however, on our first night we experienced some very alarming issues with the boiler. It resulted in us going without any hot water or heat for our entire stay during the end of December. At first we were understanding due to how proactive and responsive the host was, but after we were unable to resolve the issue in anyway during our stay, we had to contact airbnb for some sort of solution. When we did so, we found out the host falsely claimed that we never reached out about any issues we experienced so they wouldn't have to be responsible. This was very disappointing given the fact that we were trying to work with them and just get some heat during the dead of winter rather than be an inconvenience/cause any unnecessary issues.

Very good location close to anfield. bus stop in the area to get to the center quickly. The house itself is neat and beautiful and is located on a quiet one-way street. The contact with Sophie was super she responded within minutes

I will definitely come back here when I visit Liverpool again. I didn't come for a game, but the location for Anfield is excellent. Nice neighbourhood with a convenience store a short stroll. Bedrooms and bathrooms basic but have everything we needed and were very comfy. Bathroom is upstairs so no need to navigate the steep stairs at night. Thoroughly recommend.

Perfect location for football fans, 10 min from the stadium, about 15 min by taxi to the center

Lovely place, living room is very cosy, kitchen is spacious, has two fridges, bedrooms are comfortable and parking is easy, and only 15 mins drive to the city centre. Sophie is very responsive as a host.
