Perfect location and base for a trip to Peppa Pig world! Phil was really helpful and responsive when we struggled with internet connection on our phones to gain the access code to the property. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We also loved watching the wild deer that roamed the surrounding ground and the alpaca in the field behind.

Booked last minute so didn’t read the other reviews properly to see about the extensive check in - it asks you for proof of ID and a £150 holding deposit! As it is non refundable there is then no choice but to comply as you can’t get the lockbox code without filling it out. Also they charge £50 for a late check out and £50 early check in, a flexibility which most Airbnb’s offer for free. We luckily didn’t need either but it’s such a shame to charge such a huge fee and a burden especially when you’re travelling with children. Location was good for the New Forest and the apartment was clean and clutter free.
