Everything was fine, we can early checkin, but the host wasn't very enthusiastic.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Little Venice! This flat is roomy and very light and clean, situated within an easy walk of Paddington Station and adjacent to the canals. There are charming cafés nearby with patio dining along the waterway. The kitchen is large and pleasant to maneuver in, and we found the laundry machines very helpful for our extended travel itinerary. Even though it was hot in London when we arrived (upper 80s, Fahrenheit), the apartment remained cool and easy to air out with fans - we didn't need to use the air conditioners. As a host, Zack really helped us out with both the arrival and departure logistics. We were relieved and so grateful that Zack was highly responsive when our train departing London was abruptly canceled and we needed to reconfigure our plans. His kindness and flexibility in that pinch will forever be appreciated!

Relatively easy to find the home but the lockbox with key was a few min walk away. Not ideal with a lot of luggage. Home was relatively spacious and clean but not particularly well stocked (we needed to grab extra TP and there were no laundry detergent nor extra kitchen garbage bags). Host was responsive enough to get things addressed but after a number of hours. Also there are windows above the room doors which made it challenging for keeping children asleep. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but also not a great one. Would have expected more for the price.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it, especially for larger groups. Our group of five had plenty of space, with large, bright rooms, lots of natural light, and an exceptionally clean apartment. The location was excellent—about a 10-minute walk to Paddington Station—and the neighborhood was quiet, making it easy to relax after busy days exploring London. The host communicated well and provided helpful information throughout our stay. We appreciated the comfortable beds, plentiful towels, reliable hot water, and the convenience of having both a washer and dryer. The provided blow dryer was also a nice touch. For guests with mobility concerns, there are five stairs to enter the building and seven more to reach the apartment. The second bathroom requires a step up and down to enter, while the master bathroom has a walk-in shower. Our only minor issue was having just one set of keys for a group of five, which required some coordination. Overall would stay again.

Amazing location, comfortable space. Zack was very responsive and kind. We really enjoyed our stay.
