We always stay with Felix whenever we can. Beautiful property and feels like home from home for me and my family which is ideal when we need to be in the area for work.

The check-in steps are a bit complicated but it’s okay as for safety purposes. The host gives a very clear instructions which we need to read it upfront. The house spotless and very clean. In UK, Felix unit is the best I hd in UK. It has some house rules to follow, which I personally feel that it’s Fai enough to take care of the property if we are given with such a clean environment. Unfortunately our stay had several serious issues. Check-in was very difficult and took over an hour due to a confusing app-based entry system. When we contacted the host for help, the response was dismissive, and we were given a phone number that did not work. Once inside, the apartment was extremely hot and we discovered the balcony door was locked, which was not disclosed in advance. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bedding was clearly not clean on arrival, there was a strong odour, visible stains, and hair. There were no spare clean sheets provided, and we were forced to wash and dry the bedding ourselves late at night in order to sleep, which is not acceptable. Because of the delays and issues, we missed the event we had booked the stay for. While the apartment itself could have been nice, and overall did have a lot of potential to be a lovely stay, the access problems, cleanliness issues, and lack of support from the host made this a very stressful experience.
