Great modern property in a new built area location. Close to motorway and ring roads. Nicely located to Lakeside shopping centre and retail park where there are many options for shopping, food and entertainment. House had everything I required for a 1 night stay with my family. It was clean and equipped. Good showers and toilet facilities. Parking right outside the house which was good. Only negative for me is the bedroom had blinds and not curtains and being a light sensitive sleeper the daylight and streetlights disturbed my sleep. Another negative although this is not a negative to the host or property itself and more my own fault it was over an hour drive from central London and I should’ve done better research before booking. I couldn’t find WiFi password, TV was not very easy to use, the door entry system had issues to begin with but once sorted there were no further complications. Thank you for being a great host and being receptive with your communication and support 👍🏽

We needed a place to stay to attend a family wedding Felix’s place was ideal for us. Great location for access to our friends and family and wedding venue. The house was lovely, clean and spacious. Liked that we could walk to Lakeside shopping centre and the restaurants etc. Would love to stay here for future family celebration/get together. Felix provided clear details for checking in as it is a digital key but it was easy to follow with no fumbling looking for keys!

I booked dis accommodation in Nov. 4 a Xmas get-2geda with my family in Essex. The payment was fully completed. A day before Xmas, I received a missed call from the host, followed by a txt msg saying: “Hello, pls call us regarding ur reservation. U will not be able to check in if we do not hear from u.” I called bck n was asked wat I was coming to the apartment to do, which shocked me, as no Airbnb host has ever asked me such a question. I explained dt I was visiting Essex for a family get-2geda at my cousin’s place n dat we were only staying one night to sleep b4 returning to Manchester. D host then said everything was fine n asked me to send my email address so dey could assign a digital key. However, while I was already travelling to Essex to check in, I later saw a message stating dt my reservation had been cancelled at around 10:30. I did not see d msg immediately as I was driving. D host provided no solid reason 4 d cancellation. I would strongly advise NOT TO RELY ON THEM.

This is our second time lodging here. It’s been a home away from home. Thank you Felix.
