Lovely stay overall. The place was clean, cosy and exactly as described. Great location and perfect for New Year’s Eve. Host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Dave's a lovely host - very responsive and accommodating. Not often you have a host check you in themselves these days, so thanks for that! The flat is very unique with a cool terrace (unfortunately the weather didn't really allow us to enjoy it though - as expected in November), with plenty of space for a couple to spread out. Location is great too, just next to Hoxton st and walking distance to Shoreditch. We did find that the maintenance of the place wasn't up to what we were expecting, something that can be improved with a bit of TLC. Overall, not bad for a short stay!

Dave is kind and responsive with a real Airbnb-like place—a spacious, conveniently located, and well-furnished place. Feels like home and I’d stay again!
