The accommodation didn’t appear as advertised. While it was mostly clean with comfy beds it was described as a 4 bed apartment which was actually 4 individual rooms within a communal building. A kitchen and living area was included but this was shared with other people within the building so not solely for our use. Luckily the accommodation worked for us but I can see it not working for other people however if I knew what this actually was I wouldn’t of booked it

THIS IS A SCAM AND IS NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED. There is no kitchen/living area at all and when I messaged the hosts I was told I could have access to some ‘kitchen facilities’ for an extra £50 fee. The host was then unresponsive when I tried to message/call to resolve the situation so was forced to cancel the booking.

Very strategic location to stay in Liverpool. Near to city centre, hospital, supermarkets (Asda, Aldi & Tesco). Very suitable for single or couple that don’t mind the simple room and shared kitchen. I’ve booked 4 bedroom for my family (2 adults, 4 elderly and 2 kids under 4 years old. The host provided the whole unit including the kitchen. The host was really responsive to my questions and request. My son needed to get treatment from the hospital on our last day of staying at the unit, I texted the host and ask if I can extend my stay due to the reason they replied really fast which I am really grateful for. Thank you again My Property Host!! 🤗

Not really an apartment. Main door couldn't be locked and bedrooms and kitchen had to be kept individually locked. Not as clean as expected, especially kitchen and equipment. Kitchen very poorly equipped. No promised salt, pepper and oil. No tea towel. Only one dish sponge. More provided on request. Only one cereal bowl; more provided on request. Only three side plates. Pans very worn and one had a broken handle. We were not tempted to do any cooking using the horrible equipment provided. No dining table, as described; it was a breakfast bar. This would have been fine if there had been four stools to go with it, rather than only two chairs, which were too low to be used with it. One bedroom had a lock which didn't work properly. Same room had a broken desk chair. On the plus side, beds were comfortable and bedding was clean and good quality. Showers worked well with plenty of hot water. Good location as it was only around a 20-25 minute walk into the city centre.

it was a nice place for student accommodation and was close the there city centre and Boxpark for our visit some bits need refreshing as worn out or broken like the shower hose. the rooms are separate and lockable as it looks like it is normally student accommodation.
