Let’s just say every time I come home to Liverpool this will be the first place I’ll be checking is available. Can’t recommend this place enough. If being nit picky the only thing I might mention is we didn’t find the mattress that comfy but that’s with us trying to find any faults in a faultless place. 10/10 will definitely be back :)

My stay was extremely disappointing, particularly as a disabled guest with mobility and back pain issues. This birthday trip ended up being ruined by the accommodation.The property was hard to find, instructions were unclear, and the apartment was far smaller than photos suggest. The view was poor. The main issue was the bed. It was springy with coils digging into my back, and under it was filthy with dust and debris that aggravated my allergies, making sleeping there impossible. This same mattress issue was flagged in reviews from Oct '25, Nov '25, and Jan '26 with no action taken. I tried the sofa (too small, not a sofa bed), my wheelchair, and the bath. I ultimately had no choice but to sleep on the living room floor. A so-called mattress topper was just thin sheets. Pillows were also inadequate. No mirror in the bathroom, flagged since Oct '25. No cleaning supplies yet guests are expected to wash dishes. All of these issues have been flagged before with no action taken.Sort it out!

Really nice place, as described

This place was great to stay at. The instructions provided were very clear and helpful, which made the place easy to find. The accommodation itself was quiet, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a peaceful stay. The host gave clear guidance on collecting the keys and locating the property was also easy and hassle free. I would happily recommend this place and stay again.
