We had a very positive experience with Arlowe Baxter. Communication was quick and easy, and they were always helpful whenever we had any questions or requests. The accommodation worked very well for our stay, and everything was handled smoothly from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated their professionalism and would be happy to stay again in the future.

My contractors refused to stay in this property, worst one we've used. there were flies on the windowsills, the carpets were filthy, there were unwashed oven trays caked in grime. The outdoor area was unusable and the house was nowhere near what was expected from the listing. We managed to get a full refund as we were only there a matter of hours and had to leave.

The place is spacious with 4-bedrooms and a living area. The backyard is spacious which can be used for BBQ and extra space is there for sitting Good options nearby to shop and dine-in Train is also nearby, a few blocks away

Host was very communicative and responsive. House was clean and as described. The place could do with some maintenance (what house doesn’t, let’s be honest), but for our needs this wasn’t a deal breaker. The photos do make it look a little bigger than it is but that’s about it. Location was good as it’s close to Lakeside with lots to do. Place has good WiFi if that’s what is important to you. The parking is permit only but they do include 2 permits in the house for you which is reasonable.
