The flat is very comfortable, and has all the amenities listed. Isabella is a lovely & thoughtful host even leaving some flowers for my moms birthday.

Wonderful host who reaches out to make sure we have everything we needed. The place is convenient to get to on public transport and a lovely clean place to stay in!

Communication went smoothly. Isabella proactively inquired whether the check-in went well or if there were any problems. The place was as described and as shown in the photos. The apartment was easily accessible on foot, and the area was quiet. Isabella also put a welcome basket in the apartment for us, so we didn't miss anything. Thank you

Isabella was a great host. The apartment is well located and perfect if you want to explore London from there. The apartment had everything we needed. Two beautiful bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, everything very clean and quiet. Isabella even left us a gift basket. She also kept in touch to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything. We can really recommend the apartment to anyone and will certainly come back.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Isabella’s apartment in London! The place is exactly as described and pictured — bright, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The shower is amazing (one of the best we’ve experienced in any rental), the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need, and the location is perfect — just a short walk to the bus line and very close to the train station, making it super convenient to explore the city. Communication with Isabella was perfect from start to finish — she replied quickly and was always helpful. Check-in was effortless, access to the apartment was straightforward, and everything ran smoothly and without any issues. We had a great time and felt truly at home.
