Communication was good prior to check in. The place itself is very run down. There was a terrible smell going in the entrance. The stairs was filthy and very grim. On entering the room it wasn’t very clean and really not nice. It didn’t feel safe the door didn’t feel really secure and I ended up leaving the premises and not staying there.
