The apartment was clean, presentable and in a good location. It was a bit tricky to figure out the keys, so would be good if they were labelled for the different doors. Unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by a lack of sleep as the beds were of an unacceptably poor quality for accommodation at this price. The bed in the second room was a mattress on a camp bed 5 inches off the floor and the bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and thin, and the squeaking on the metal frame was so loud that we were unable to get any sleep. You are able to hear the noise just from touching the bed frame, so there is no way that as hosts you could have been unaware of this when making the beds. We were shocked and extremely disappointed that you would deem it acceptable to offer them to paying guests, and to also demand a £200 deposit in case of damage to the property, when the main bed was already so clearly damaged and of poor quality. 2/5 stars

Very nice stay thank you

Nice place in a nice setting!

Very clean and spacious apartment, with shops and the train station only a 10 minute walk away. Everything we needed was available at the apartment, which was great. The only let down was the bed, as it was very squeaky and disturbed my sleep throughout the stay. We were told someone would come and fix it, however no one came. If the issue with the bed is sorted, I would definitely come back and stay again!

Great stay from start to finish. The home was spotless, well equipped, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was smooth. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we’d definitely book again.
