Accommodation in the complex complete and well equipped, equipped with everything you need. The entrance is a bit narrow and the upstairs bathroom is small, but still functional, with a good-sized shower. For 6 people the accommodation was adequate. Nev was available and responsive in his responses, helping us quickly in case of doubts during the stay. The area is well served: Tesco supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance, as well as the possibility of home delivery. The metro stop is close and connects directly to central London.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Nev’s! The place was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our group of 5 friends. Everything felt thoughtfully set up, and we instantly felt at home. The location was great too! peaceful but close to everything we needed, including a lovely café nearby where we had breakfast each morning. Nev was a friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend this place for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Within easy reach of Blackhorse Road tube so great for getting out and about. Comfortable accommodation, plenty of room for us all.

We stayed at Nev’s flat as a group of 6. Nev was very communicative and quickly helped with directions and access, making the arrival smooth. The flat is spacious but arranged in a narrow formation over two floors above shops. Quiet this weekend. Entry is up a steep flight of stairs, so keep that in mind for anyone with mobility needs. Permit parking nearby is available for a separate fee (we paid £10, free Sun). Inside, rooms are large, comfy, and clean, modern shower rooms with high pressure hot water. Flat sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 double beds; extra guests use single sofa beds in rooms. Heating is on a timer with no guest controls. The kitchen is the only indoor communal space and is quite small (best for four at a time), with essentials provided plus coffee, tea, and a TV. Outside, there’s a roof deck with tables partly sheltered from rain. We were asked for a £300 deposit for our group, factor this in. Overall, a comfortable, well-located flat with a very helpful host.

First time using Airbnb, I have to say I am very happy with my experience. The host Nev was extremely insightful and gave several recommendations which helped us out tremendously. Just a few minutes walk to the train station, several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Quiet and surprisingly big on the inside! Not to mention the price was excellent! Don't think twice, book now! Thank you Nev! Oh and the transportation service (optional) to and from the airport was fantastic as well!
