The property feels really special and worked very well for our family’s needs. Perfect as a base for exploring the local area and as far as the Isle of Wight. We booked very last minute and Phil was immediately very communicative which helped us immensely with settling our plans.

A lovely stay with three generations of our family for a long weekend in the New Forest. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything and lots of space for everyone. A very enjoyable stay for all. Thank you.

Booked the house for employees working locally when their usual accommodation wasn't available. The layout of the house wasn't ideal for access to the bedrooms through other rooms for 4 men working away from home but that obviously isn't something the host can change and I didn't pick up on when booking (I havent checked the listing to see if it is mentioned). Otherwise the location etc was good and overall a good stay.
