Spacious and modernly furnished apartment with a small garden. Here and there, there were a few shortcomings that prevented a 5-star rating, such as a lack of water pressure in the shower or the fact that the water in the hot tub was a bit stale (it needs to be chlorinated). But for the price, we were very satisfied, and communication with the landlords was great!

Very nice accommodation, well arranged, but ideal for 6 people, because the sofa bed is below average. There were 7 of us, and one person didn't sleep very well. A quiet neighborhood for sleeping and well connected by 2 stations (Sherperds Bush and Olympia Kensington). Some problems upon arrival (jacuzzi, garden, sheets), but Andreea was immediately responsive to our request. There are a few things to review about the accommodation, but I will report them to Andreea via email, for the benefit of future guests. Thank you, Andreea, for always responding to our emails.

Really nice spot and great location. Host was very helpful and didn't mind us checking in early which was awesome. Only had one minor issue with the en suite bathroom shower water pressure being awful. Aside from that great accommodation and excellent host

The stay was very pleasant. The house is beautiful and furnished with new furniture, but it should be made more functional with closets in the bedrooms and a few more utensils in the kitchen (e.g., plates). Since the house is intended for 8 people, the dining table and its chairs (4) were difficult to use. Although there are 5 TVs in the house, there is no TV antenna system. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Shepherd's Bush metro station, and there are various shops of all kinds in the area. Andreea has always been available through communication.

The house is in a convenient location minutes from a couple of tube stations and walking distance from a mall. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

There are a few points for improvement.Although Andreea responded very quickly to solve the warm water and WiFi issue there were still a few necessary items missing such as a corkscrew, official transparent waste bags for sorting rubbish like cans and plastic. No towels for drying dishes. The dining room table is only for four persons and you have to move the sitting room furniture to get seated at the table.
