Stayed here for business for 11 nights. Whilst location was ok, entry into the apartment does have stairs so carrying larger suitcases was an issue. Upstairs area has no cooling and was very hot in summer. Couch was uncomfortable, TV did not work. Good location to Holland Park station. Otherwise for business other locations will be considered for future trips.

We had a very enjoyable stay. We loved the location it was really convenient for tube,shopping site seeing etc.

Great location, but maintenance was a problem. The trapdoor in the bathroom ceiling feel open and hit my daughter on the head. Also the door on the shower room are warped and when you close it all the way, they get stuck and you think are can’t i get out. In a heatwave the upstairs is extremely hot with no ac or good fan and no blinds covering rhe skylight.

This was a lovely place to stay while we worked in London. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. It was within walking distance to shops, restaurants/bars, and tube stations making going out and exploring very easy. Jenny and Stephen were both very quick to respond to any queries and were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, neat, and secure. Close to the tube station. Hosts were responsive and helpful. No AC but the bedrooms were downstairs and stayed cool. We happened to be in London during the heatwave so upstairs was hot but downstairs stayed cool. Some ants were noted crawling in although it was very hot and we did need to open the doors for air. Would stay here again!
