I stayed at Joanna’s for four nights and felt right at home. Since no one was checking out on the day I arrived, she kindly allowed an earlier check-in, which I really appreciated. Her flat looked exactly like the photos and was within walking distance of the train station and a couple of supermarkets. It is also very convenient if you’re using Gatwick Airport. The check-in instructions were extremely clear — she even sent a video — and the place was very cozy in a quiet area. It was everything I could have asked for during a short stay. I would definitely recommend Joanna’s place if you’re planning to visit London anytime soon.

A very beautiful house, set in peaceful and lovely surroundings, with flexible check-in times. When we arrived, the door lock had run out of power, but it was promptly resolved for us.

Good communication, nice clean place, had a little box of crisps and biscuits which was a nice touch, also a coffee machine which was cool. Would stay again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Joanna's flat for over 2 months. And I have nothing but great things to say about the place and the hosts! Everything in the flat was clean, comfortable, and as described. Joanna and Kevin are very proactive, helpful, kind and friendly. They had stocked up on some essential groceries and snacks before my arrival. They were flexible and accommodating with my check-in and check-out times. As I was there for an extended time, they arranged regular professional cleaning during my stay and also took the time to show me around the neighbourhood on a couple of occasions. I cannot recommend their flat highly enough!
