Our stay overall was very good. The house was perfect for what we needed for a couple of nights. Close to the castle and cathedral and some nice pubs and restaurants. The house is an old building, sloping floors and steep steps which make it very quirky. The area is nice and quiet. The house itself could do with a bit of DIY/spruce up. The woodwork is marked and not been painted well, the toilet seat is lose, the shower head doesn't stay on the holder so you have to shower with it in your hand and there are lots of lose floorboards. One of which, tips the bedside table when you stand on it. The light in the dining room doesn't work. The garden area isn't really usable if you was wanting to sit out and the sofa bed wouldn't sleep 2 people comfortably, so this house is best for 5 people, maximum.
