We appreciated how responsive Sanyu was. We arrived during a heatwave and discovered the air conditioning unit had been removed for maintenance, but Sanyu provided an additional fan later that evening. Location is great; it’s a quick walk from Buckingham Palace and around the corner from a large grocery store. The pictures of the flat are true to reality.

Host was always helpful, and replied quickly to any questions we had.

We felt right at home; the house was super clean, had everything you need for cooking, a Nespresso coffee machine for coffee lovers like us, and the space was very well used and decorated. Sanyu worked tirelessly to make our stay go smoothly; he even spoke to us before the trip. We would return again without a doubt!

We stayed here with our two kids (8 and 11) after needing a same-day lodging switch, and Sanyu was very responsive and accommodating—we really appreciated it. The flat was as advertised: very clean, recently updated, and in a great location near Victoria Station with plenty of restaurants nearby. If you choose to cook, we found the kitchen well stocked with utensils, pans, etc. and new appliances. It is an upstairs flat with stairs in the unit to reach the dining area and kitchen (something to note for some), and there is some street noise at night, but neither impacted our stay negatively. Overall, we had a great, comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it.

Communication was great. Location was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.
