Stairs very steep . No hot water on arrival . Way too many texts throughout stay and very complicated checking in app including having to send a picture of identity .simple text with code would have done for check in.

There was a wifi problem for days the fault of the provider I could not sort out myself. The bathroom tiles and the dishes were not clean. Not enough plates in the property however it has a large dishwasher. Poor amenities. Too high stairs to the bedrooms to carry up suitcases safely. Difficult to find the key lockbox on arrival. Really hard locks on the doors. Walking distance to the cathedral and the castle, nice pubs in the area. Agency answers quickly in office hours with a professional manner but your struggle is not their problem at the end of the day.

Lovely cozy house that was a great base whilst I needed somewhere temporary whilst I was working in Lincoln. Had everything I need and was close to everything.
