Said was kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. He welcomed the kids with some sweets when we arrived, which was a thoughtful gesture. Whenever we contacted him with a question or issue, he replied quickly. The location is convenient, with a small supermarket downstairs, a good coffee shop, and a Chinese takeaway restaurant. However, the property would benefit from some maintenance. The room contained a sofa that did not seem very useful; a small wardrobe or cabinet would have been much more practical. There was no place to store clothes—so we had to keep everything in our suitcases throughout the stay. We also experienced issues with the shower. Said arranged for someone to look at it, but the problem was not fully resolved. The apartment had a noticeable damp smell. In addition, the sound insulation was poor. On two nights, we could clearly hear neighbours shouting and arguing. Overall, Said was an excellent host, but the property could benefit from better maintenance.

Said was very friendly, attentive and communicative from the moment we arrived. He offered us many accommodations, such as being able to enter the accommodation early. The apartment has all the items described in the listing, and the apartment is the same as in the photos. It was also very clean, and the apartment's area is very central, which made it easy to get to the places we wanted to visit during our stay in a very short time. 100% recommended. From the very beginning, he was attentive to any questions I asked him. He always responded quickly, and he even offered to try to help me find a baby stroller and left us some chocolates as a welcome touch. The apartment is great, with two very comfortable and large double beds. It's true that there's no closet (or I didn't see one). The bathroom is very bright and comfortable; the kitchen even has an oven. The area is fantastic, quiet, with metro stations very close by, including Farringdon, which is easy to access with a stroller. I'll definitely be back!
