Brilliant location & good apartment with lots of space. We had a couple of minor issues that were a little frustrating but didn’t hugely impact on our experience. The fridge & boiler were turned off when we arrived meaning we struggled to get warm water for the first part of our stay and the fridge itself was the same temp as the room. The listed air con couldn’t be found, the sofa bed is big but not the most comfortable you’ve ever slept in, although reasonable to crash. Easy to get inside, relatively quiet for a city centre location and ideal for groups looking to stay in the city, lots of local bars, places to eat and sites etc. would highly recommend the Moose 🫎 cafe round the corner, but you’ll likely need to book!

The location is excellent, but that is where my positivity ends, nothing feels clean or cared for. listing photos must be very old or selectively taken, the reality is very different: The floor in the hall an isn’t fitted properly. kitchen, crockery is chipped, mugs are mismatched, there is a poor selection of glasses, nothing to have a glass or water in - and the cabinets feel thrown together. The tap is broken, so you can't run cold water unless you remove the outer cap and turn the inside mechanism manually, tiling on the floor is coming up, and all the grout is missing. The bathroom shower is a nightmare. The on/off tap is missing, so turning that on is incredibly difficult. The flush mechanism on this toilet is also broken. The upstairs bathroom has the handle missing and a hole in the door. The rest of the place is totally neglected. Paintwork is extremely tired There was no pillows or bedding other than a sheet which was just chucked in the storage box for the sofa bed.

Good location, easy access, good comms from hosts, all clean and tidy on arrival. Would recommend but, also, suggest the following. Firstly no bedding for fourth guest in sofa bed. I didn’t mind sleeping with jumper on. Took a little while to work out the shower control - because spindle was missing on top dial. No washing up liquid to help keep clean cups / glasses - so perhaps tell people to bring their own? Dishwasher plugged in but doesn’t power on … No dishwasher tabs if it did turn on. The lack of bedding would be my main point.
