The apartment is stylishly decorated, clean and equipped with everything you need for a stay. We especially liked the interior design. Unfortunately, there were a few downsides that affected our experience. The bed was quite worn out and uncomfortable, the apartment is not very soundproof and there was construction scaffolding around the entire building that wasn’t mentioned beforehand. The backyard was also hardly usable because of this. Overall we had a pleasant stay, but we think these points should be communicated more transparently to future guests.

It was a great place that was centralized to the public transportation system and was responsive when asked for fans due to heat

We were very happy that the apartment was in the basement, so it remained pleasant in the apartment despite the warm temperatures. The apartment is very tastefully and conveniently furnished and clean. There is nothing wrong with even the shower! The public transport connection is nearby, and it is an ideal base. The pretty terrace would have been even nicer if it had been cleaned. (table and chairs, terrace floor, plants) Otherwise, we can really recommend the apartment!

Obi’s place was fantastic! Easy to find and get to. About a 8 minute walk to nearest station. Street and surrounding area was quiet and felt safe. The space itself is a bit small, but doable for 3-4 people. To my American folks, there is no a/c (air-con) but there is a heater. If you’re a hot sleeper, you’ll likely sleep without sheets in the warmer months, but you can leave a window open too. Overall it was great value, the host and co-host were super responsive - even at 1am when there was a small issue. I highly recommend!

Great location for the event we wanted to see and from the train stations. Good selection of pubs and places to eat. Beautiful flat. Really clean. Good powerful shower. Responsive host when we needed something. Thoroughly recommend.
