Pleasant stay in a basic apartment. Listing says stunning, so I expected something stunning but got something very ordinary. The shower was blocked (we had to unblock it as it wouldn't drain) and the wooden furniture looks like it would benefit from a rub down and revarnish! The walls are thin and we were woken early on Saturday by the neighbour's voices which could be heard clearly! The flat is finished to a DIY standard, the pillows, quilt and mattress are not of a high quality either, but adequate for a couple of nights stay. The key box was broken. HAVING SAID THAT, the parking was welcomed and the flat is perfectly located for visiting the city, with plenty of lovely eateries and pubs a short walk away. The tea and coffee and milk was a thoughtful touch. I'd stay again, but with lower expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at this flat in Lincoln! Perfect location, just a 2 minute walk to the Bailgate and 20 minutes to the center of town. The flat was exactly as shown in the photos, had all the amenities as described, and was sparkling clean. It was a quiet, lovely place to come back to after exploring and visiting friends all day. Parking in this area of Lincoln can be tricky as it's time constrained or requires a permit during the day, so the designated parking spot makes this flat a gem! There are so many great place to eat and drink in Lincoln but I especially recommend a drinks at the Duke William and the White Hart hotel, lunch at Nonna Juana, pizza at Dough Loco, and coffee at Coffee by the Arch and Seven Districts. All of these are within a 5 minute walk from the flat. Would love to stay again next time I'm in Lincoln!
