We were moved locations, where we moved too worked out £96 cheaper than where we booked, to date, we have not received a refund for the difference. Where we stayed, the hallways smelled of drugs, the carpaark was already full with other vehicles (perm residents) the boiler was leaking, the boiler broke down 3 times during our stay, communication was good with our host, but the fact we are owed £96 and had to deal with drug issues, no parking and a faulty boiler, this has left us with a bad taste in our mouth.
