Great house for a big group. Spacious and clean, 5 minutes walk from a lovely park and a few minutes on the train from Temple Meads station. If you’re planning on cooking in the kitchen, working bringing your own oil, salt, pepper etc.

Lovely house, convenient for Ubers into town, and with all of the facilities you need, but beware: being a townhouse, there are a LOT of stairs! This fact didn't really register with me when I booked, so completely my fault, but there was a lot of 'up and down' which was rather wearing at my age :) Also, parking is a nightmare! I had to drive around for a good 20 minutes to find a place to park our car, eventually parking about three streets away. The other guests we had staying with us had a further two cars with similar problems. We booked for a week, so as time went by and spaces opened up we managed to move our cars closer. So if you're coming by car, be prepared not to be able to park right outside. All in all, we had a great stay.

The host’s communication was extremely efficient, and their response was prompt. The accommodation had a few minor shortcomings in terms of kitchen utensils and waste disposal arrangements. In addition, the faucet in one of the showers needs repair. Overall, though, everything worked out, and the host provided helpful instructional videos before we arrived. Quiet area and smooth check-in process.
