This was a last minute booking as the original booking was cancelled the day before our arrival, we actually spent very little time in the house as we needed to be in Newport. I would say that if you bring your dog be aware the back garden is not secure.

Easy check in. Fairly responsive host. Served a purpose. However, the washing machine had no door on it and we were told by the hosts “this was beyond our control” (it’s your property) we got a list of things to make sure we did when we were there like make sure the bins were put out (even though they were full of rubbish when we arrived and stank), there is a plumber coming over on Saturday, there was just a lot of stuff when it was supposed to be to be a relaxing break. But the bit that topped it all off was a gardener had clearly been round and cut the grass and a stone had smashed a window in the conservatory. Told the hosts this, no one was sent round to check the property or board it up and we were told there was no scheduled grass cutting. Strange. As there was grass clippings everywhere an it was cut when we got back. So we left a day early. Very disappoint stay.

Excellent property and hosts, perfect for our team working in the area or for anyone visiting Bristol, would definitely look to book again, highly recommended.
