First issue with the house was my own fault, I did not realise there was no living room. It was just 3 beds and kitchen, I assumed there would be a lounge- not the owners fault I just hadn’t realised. The house itself was pretty clean but smelt very musty when we walked in, I think it was carpet in the hall. The rest of the property was good. Downstairs bedroom looked out onto the street so there was no privacy and there is a garage opposite that opens first thing in the morning so quite a lot of people walking past. There had obviously been an issue just before we arrived as builders arrived at 7:30 in the morning and were stood outside the bedroom window for half an hour before filling in a hole in the path to the front door, quite a disturbed start to the day, would have been nice to be warned.

Great place and plenty of street parking was available during my stay. Host also provide a permit for parking as well which is very useless these days

This place was absolutely perfect! And felt so cozy and welcoming. We had a wonderful, stress-free stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Five stars!

Great stay for our guys working int he area - very happy with everything

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place. Communication was excellent, with Ryan promptly responding to all my questions. The location is convenient, being within walking distance of Southampton Town Centre. The house was tidy and cosy, with a fully equipped kitchen, and the beds were comfortable.

would definitely stay again great place, clean, tidy and lovely comfy beds.
