We had a great visit at the apartment in West Kensington. The location to public transportation to take you all over London was fantastic. The apartment was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had necessary equipment. The washing machine was a bonus. Challenges: the location via maps was wrong causing a bit of difficulty in the beginning. Hopefully this will be resolved for future guests. There was too much "decor" we had to move vases, pillows etc. around to make room for our stuff - this could be reduced. There needs to be luggage racks. 5 adults is a lot in this space. Luggage had to be on the floor, there were no dressers or racks to put things on. 6 adults would be a challenge, I think the living room sofa bed wouldn't sleep 2. No instructions for the laundry or laundry soap (glad we brought some), a regular load took 4 hours. We used the 45 min express load for the remainder of the time.

The accommodation is in the basement, which means there's moisture and some odors right at the doorstep. On the other hand, the lighting system makes it bright. Some things mentioned in the description were missing, but the host was very responsive in providing the rest.

They also accommodated early check-in and late check-out, so we had a wonderful stay!Thank you!

Great stay! The flat on Holland Road was very modern, spotless, and comfortable. It’s super close to the station, making it easy to get around central London. There’s lots to do nearby with shops, cafés, and attractions all within walking distance. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The apartment is fine. Quiet area and 30 minutes from Picadilly by bus and 1 hour to Heathrow. The living room is nice and the kitchen is complete. The bathroom is fine, although it was dirty and smelled bad, I had to clean it. Beds are comfortable. We found the radiators closed when we arrived and we had to open them because it was cold. The alarm went off at dawn as a result of the flooding of the upper floors. Water was dripping in the living room, bathroom and bedrooms. We had to call the fire department and it was difficult to contact the owner since the fire department had to talk to him to call an electrician and ensure the safety of the apartment. We ran out of electricity and water until the afternoon. Although it was not the fault of our owners, and they offered us another accommodation 20 minutes away by train, I understand that they should have deducted from the price at least the night of the flood in which we had no water and electricity and it was we who had to notify the firefighters.
