Great spot for city centre and Anfield stadium for concert!

Avoid if you are not comfortable with extra terms after booking. We booked and paid through Airbnb, then after confirmation were required to use an external guest portal and sign a separate Terms of Stay Agreement before check-in details would be released. The listing only briefly refers to this much further down, but the actual contract was not visible before booking. Once we saw the full terms, we were not comfortable proceeding and asked to cancel, but the host/management company refused. The terms were far stricter than normal house rules, including a £350 pre-authorisation or non-refundable fee, £50 per 15 minutes for late checkout, admin fees, further cost recovery, a one-hour issue reporting window, broad liability wording, and CCTV/noise monitoring clauses. This did not feel like a normal Airbnb stay. I would not have booked if the full terms had been clearly available upfront. Also “Daisy” did not appear to be a real individual host, but a management-company profile.

The stay was excellent! The space was very clean, organized, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is great and made getting around much easier during our trip. The host was very attentive, responded quickly to messages, and welcomed us warmly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place.

The apartment was really nice to stay in. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. We also had no issues getting in, so would happily come back.

Had such a great stay here! The flat was spotless and felt really fresh and well looked after. Location is great and having parking made arriving and settling in easy. Super comfortable beds too.

Really easy stay from start to finish. The instructions for getting in were clear and simple to follow, so arrival was smooth. Everything worked exactly as it should and we didn’t run into any issues during our stay. The apartment was also clean and comfortable, so would recommend.
