Sadly the neglect of repairs to the broken blinds in the bedroom, cracked TV screen and broken sofa bed in the living room, kitchen extractor fan, freezer draws and shower fittings made me feel like no one cares about the property or the quality of the guests stay. The local authority estate appears a bit gloomy, and some may question how safe it might be. But being familiar with the are I can see it has been cleared of unsavoury people, is quiet and safe. Parking was good even though there's signs warning of wheel clamping and fines, it seems that they are not being enforced, so free parking was a real bonus.

Easy check in and easy to find. Location is close to station

+ decent location near bus stop (tulse hill tube station doesnt really connect to anywhere easily though) + good amenities as described + easy to get to and check in and out - desperately needs some maintinence (bathroom locks are both broken, couch arm rest is broken. Living room tv is broken) - single bathroom is split so theres a separate room with just a single toilet and a separate room with a shower and sink - some doors didnt shut (living room, main bedroom)

We had a great stay! The place had everything we needed, and getting around was easy with a bus stop just a 3-minute walk from the house. We had a minor issue with the power, but Clayton responded promptly and resolved it very quickly. We also requested an early check-in, which he accommodated without any delay. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience — we would definitely recommend staying here!
