clean, spacious, bit of a complicated check in, 6 of us stayed, 5 chairs, plates, knives and forks, nice location, quiet, road side parking.

Fab place to stay. Excellent for a large group.

It was really easy to communicate with Robin, no delays with replying. The place was very bright and spacious in a nice ‘quiet’ area near to the metro. However the train tracks are very near by and we were only able to sleep with earplugs in. None of the bedrooms had any storage or bedside lockers. I didn’t have anywhere to put my phone overnight. The was only one hanger per room to hang your clothes on a rail. There was no shower gel or shampoo just a hand wash even though I pre-agreed with the host that toiletries are provided. There is no living room which was a bit of an issue with no common area to sit together except for the kitchen. The kitchen was fine but too small for 10 people to sit at and there wasn’t enough chairs for us to sit together so we had to take turns for breakfast. Most dishes were a bit dirty so we had to clean everything before using - no dishwasher. But there was a sponge and fairy liquid. Overall good but needs storage, a common area and it’s too noisy.

The accommodation in Ealing Village keeps what it promises: good train connections, many bedrooms/bathrooms and modern furnishings. The AirBnB is very suitable for large groups who intend to travel a lot and not cook on site, as the kitchen is not designed for the needs of 11 people and there is also no dining room. Check-in worked well, but we noticed upon arrival that some areas were not thoroughly cleaned. Because of the train next door, you can hear the rail traffic very loudly and in one room the window cannot be opened. For us, the value for money was right and we can imagine coming again.

+ very big house, spacious rooms very well heated and always hot water, even with shower at the same time Proximity to the subway Supermarkets and restaurants nearby and walking distance - Unfortunately, the rooms are very sparsely furnished. No box, no shelf for clothes. There are too few dishes in the kitchen, maximum for 6 people, but the house is for 11 people. Kitchen and bathroom were not really clean. There is no table and chairs for all. Table was brought to us on request, but only 5 chairs for 9 people. What helps a large kitchen if you can't sit down to eat?

The place was very close to the city centre. Easy access by tube, and car. Very Basic amenities were there. Room itself was great. No living room however as it was converted into a room. Pots and pans were available but in bad condition. Some pots were missing the handle, no paper towels available, toilet paper was very bad quality, what you expect in a public toilet. Acceptable for a big group of people but would like to see some upgrades.
