We spent a good time here. It was such a peaceful and cozy place — the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The house was large and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 10 people, with plenty of room for everyone. We all felt so happy and at home during our stay.

Couldn’t rate this place more highly. Bex was so helpful before the stay and even rang me personally (when she was supposed to be on holiday!) to make sure we were all set. The place itself was fantastic value. Loads of space to sleep a big party and everything was clean and well appointed. Instructions were clear, check and check out were simple. Would very much recommend; thank you Bex!

Fantastic location and beautiful decor. En suites made it very accommodating. Some traffic noise but to be expected when having windows open in the summer and so great to just walk out and get on a bus into Oxford. Spacious parking really helped and the set up of the bedrooms was perfect. Lounge is small but fitted 8 of us fine and was a lovely house to spend time in when we were there. The landlady was brilliant - proactive and super responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Bex was pleasant and to her credit, sorted out the annoying, beeping smoke alarms late on a Friday night. However, this clean, well-equipped newly refurbished corporate let squeezes five bedrooms - two with en-suites - out of a three bedroom house. The result is that you cannot swing a cat in the three bathrooms, the kitchen was narrow, there was a only very small breakfast bar to eat at and the lounge only sat three/four. It felt like a corporate let, not a loving home. Otherwise, the location was central for the places we wished to visit, the parking spaces were useful and it was nice to sit out on the small terrace.

Bex had a wonderful property that myself and 10 other guests stayed at for my sisters hendo! We had such a wonderful time, it was so fun. Bex was so incredible from really easy and quick communication weeks before the date to while we were there. It is a very convenient location and 1 min walk from the bus stops to get you straight inside the middle of the Oxford a 5 min walk from a lovely walk and just up the road is a nice looking local pub. During our stay we had an issue with the property which Bex was very responsive with. She sent out her maintenance team to come look at the issues in the house within a hour of us being back from our outing. They offered to fix it for us there and then however we were leaving the next day so told them to not worry about it until we were gone. So helpful! Bex was so kind to our group of girls and myself the whole time- she was very understanding that this was a hen party, however we were being as respectful with noise and mess as possible!
