Great stay, perfect location

Great location right in the city centre. Only a small place, but that was fine. Very clean, comfy bed, and decent bathroom/kitchenette.

Stayed for a month. The property is located close to Derby bus station and is within walking distance of the Derbion and many pubs. Main considerations when staying for any time would be the walls are paper thin meaning you can hear everything going on in the next room from standard level conversation all the way up to screaming babies and slur filled arguments. All the doors slam leading to the entire room shaking whenever anybody leaves there room or goes down the stairs. The stairs are very steep with a 180* turn half way up. The property was clean but did have some cobwebs present. The bathroom was clean and shower worked okay. The heating controls are located outside of the room and it can get very cold, especially over night and in the mornings. Overall the property is ideal for a weekend away but would not recommend for extended stays.

A nice bright studio for a stay in Derby, with a central location and the supermarket/restaurants handily nearby, but nice and quiet in the room at night. There were some problems with the studio not having been fully cleaned when I arrived, but I think that must have been a chance oversight as the host was very quick to respond and sort them, which was really great. The only small issue was the entry codes being sent after the promised time, once I had chased them, which was just a bit unnerving for a solo female traveller arriving in the dark. Overall though it's a nice studio, and the hosts were really responsive and clearly cared about guests' comfort and stay.

It was a good place to stay, in the middle of the city, however there were a few small stains on the bedding and the heating heated according to its mood. Otherwise it was fine.
