Relaxing environment! Comfy bed. Very clean and modern

Self-service and easy way to checkin, nice and comfortable stay with all that was promised. Only thing was property has a common room heater control set for all. Host was only available on message and not on call. Rest the stay was good, in the city and had access to all by Walk

I was in this property for 8 night. Although the staff were polite and kind and the room was pretty clean and well-located, I encountered several unpleasant experiences. First, there was a very annoying check-in process with lots of steps, which forced me to upload my personal information including passport photo and credit card detail. There was also a mandatory £150 deposit, which took several days to get it refunded. Secondly, the basic and general things were not being provided. For example, when I asked them a plastic bag for the litter bin, they refused and answered that this is on your own responsibility. Similarly, we also had to buy the hand wash liquid and toilet paper by ourselves. Besides, the walls were also such thin that I woke up an early morning just by a phone call of neighbour flat. Finally, THE TOPMOST TERRIBLE experience we had was a false fire alarm at 4 am, which last almost for 15 minutes and there was nobody from the property members to turn it off.
