Van was helpful, considerate and constantly in communication with us. The downstairs shower backed up but Van responded quickly, and we simply used the upstairs bathroom so it was no inconvenience at all. The house was clean and tidy and as listed. The bedrooms and linen were clean and we had loads of space. There's ample parking outside and an Uber to town was <£10 and readily available. There were a lot of roadworks out the back but there was no noise or active work happening so it was no inconvenience at all. Nice place to stay, and great host.

We had an amazing stay and a peaceful vacation. Host is very friendly and responsive.

We are a family of 8 and the house is spacious for us. Plenty of rooms with 3 beds in it. We just having bit difficulty with the stairs going up and down. But the place is so comfortable, cozy and very homely. Van is easy to reach, very accomodate and friendly. We are very satisfied with the place and thank you Van for hosting is! Lovely! 🥰

A group of us stayed at Van’s place and could recommend enough. House was spacious and exactly as described, and was clean and well-kept. Check in was extremely easy. Walkable to Leeds city centre.
