The perfect stay. Very comfortable. Highly recommended.

I had a pleasant week-long stay at Kate’s property in January 26. I used it as a base for visiting the Welbeck Estate, which was an easy 12–15 minute drive away. The house is in a great location just off the high street—quiet, with free parking right outside, which I really appreciated. It’s cozy, comfortable, and well equipped for cooking. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local just a two-minute walk away for essentials, and larger shops and restaurants a bit further into town. While there’s not much happening in Worksop itself, it’s a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. :)

A fantastic stay! We were a family of 4 travelling to the area for a family wedding. The house provided us with a home from home base and had absolutely everything we needed. House exactly as described- refurbished to a fabulous standard & kitted out with everything we needed & more. When we use Airbnb properties I’m usually ‘that’ person who takes her own antibacterial wipes to clean the kitchen and bathroom prior to use. There was no need for this at Kates… it was absolutely spotless! My request for twin beds in the master room was met. All beds made up with clean white linen & towels. My teenagers were grateful for the wifi & smart TVs. Check in was simple and although the street is permit holders only we managed to park directly outside every time and simply used the permit provided. All round a great stay in a property that exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much. We would highly recommend this house to anyone needing somewhere in this area.

Very happy was working in the area and was a great base had a small issue with the hot water but someone came out with in 5 mins and sorted it right out. 5 * will definitely stay here again when I'm next in the area.
